The Wright Programs
Three levels of work, depending on where your self-trust currently sits. Each program is structured to meet you at a different stage—whether you’re building foundations or refining leadership.
For Women Who Are Ready to Lead with Clarity
You’ve Survived Something Significant, But…
Your experience has built real capability — but you haven’t been shown how to direct it
You’ve tried personal development and business coaching separately. Neither alone was enough.
You’re making decisions from self-doubt rather than clarity
You need someone who will engage with your actual situation — not give you a framework and walk away
You know something needs to shift at the foundation before anything else will hold
You’re Ready For:
Personal authority and business direction — worked on at the same time, not separately
A clear structure for decision-making that you can trust under pressure
To know where you are, what comes next, and why
Progress that is grounded in your actual situation — not a prescribed formula
Leadership that is calm, direct, and yours
Find your starting point.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is The Wright Method?
It’s recognizing that your challenges aren’t problems to fix — they’re experience that builds authority. Your survival skills become leadership capability. Your self-awareness becomes grounded confidence. And the struggles you’ve moved through become the foundation of how you lead, build, and create impact.
What's the difference between group programs and private mentoring?
Group programs provide the support and perspective that comes from being in a room with others working through similar growth and leadership challenges.
Private mentoring offers focused 1:1 guidance for women who want deeper, more accelerated progress.
Both pathways use the same Wright Method framework — the difference is the level of support and the way the work is delivered.
Do I need to have experienced trauma for this to work?
This work is for women who have moved through significant life challenges and are ready to turn that experience into leadership and impact. Your experiences — whether divorce, financial setbacks, health challenges, or a period of deep personal change — become part of your authority.
What you’ve navigated isn’t a setback. It’s the foundation for how you lead, build, and create meaningful work.
What if I'm not ready to share my story publicly? What to do?
You never have to share anything you’re not ready to share.
This work starts with internal shifts — how you think, lead, and trust yourself. The external expression of that change happens naturally, in your own time, when you’re ready.
How is this different from other coaching programs?
How do I know which level is right for me?
