Self-Trust & Leadership Advisor

For Women Rebuilding Self-Trust & Leading With Clarity

Capable. Successful. High-functioning.

And quietly unsure of your own decisions. In years of working with women, I keep seeing the same pattern: they’ve given so much of themselves — to relationships, to children, to their business — that their own judgement has gone quiet. The Wright Method gives you the structure and the support to trust yourself again, in your life and your business.

20+ years in business.

Catheryn Wright now works exclusively with women rebuilding self-trust and leadership.

You Know the Feeling of Second-Guessing Every Choice

You’ve given yourself away across relationships, family and responsibilities — and somewhere in that, your own judgement got quieter

You research a decision instead of making it, because more information feels safer than committing

You’re capable and composed on the outside — and unsure underneath, especially about what you actually want for yourself

You don’t just want a framework — you want someone steady in your corner while you make the big calls

This shows up in two places. Personally — in the decisions you make for your life, your relationships, your own direction. And in how you lead — whether that’s a business you’re building or a role you’re responsible for. Some women need to work through this personally first. Others are ready to work through it alongside their business, at the same time. Either way, it starts in the same place: rebuilding the self-trust and clarity underneath it.

Meet the Founder

Catheryn Wright

Catheryn Wright has spent 20+ years in business before turning that experience toward helping other women rebuild self-trust and lead with clarity. Her method blends strategic inquiry, nervous system awareness and practical self-leadership tools — grounded, not abstract.

Her own life required rebuilding from the ground up in her fifties. That experience is why this work is structured the way it is: not theory, but a framework she needed and didn’t have.

Today, Catheryn works with women who are ready to stop operating from self-doubt and start leading — in their lives and their businesses — with calm conviction.

What is the Wright Method?

It is a structured, progressive framework for rebuilding self-trust, clarity and grounded leadership. Here’s what that looks like in practice:

Identifies personal blocks and patterns

Sessions start by naming the specific decision patterns costing you right now, not a generic personality framework

Builds emotional regulation and self-awareness

You’ll learn to recognise the moment you’re deciding from fear rather than clarity, and what to do in that moment

Creates practical behavioural change

Each session ends with one specific shift to practice before the next

Supports long-term stability and confidence

By the end, you leave with a documented record of what’s shifted and a clear next step

Who is the Wright Method for?

She bridges lived experience, behavioural insight and structured self-leadership work for women who are:

Intelligent

Capable

U

But disconnected from their own decision-making

Financially independent (or on that path)

The three Programs

Three levels of work, depending on where your self-trust currently sits. Each program is structured to meet you at a different stage—whether you’re building foundations or refining leadership.

You need someone who will engage with your actual situation — not give you a framework and walk away

You know something needs to shift at the foundation before anything else will hold

You’re Ready For:

Personal authority and business direction — worked on at the same time, not separately

A clear structure for decision-making that you can trust under pressure

Frequently Asked Questions

What is The Wright Method?

A structured framework for rebuilding self-trust, so the decisions you make — in your life and your business —
come from clarity, not self-doubt.

What's the difference between group programs and private sessions?

Group sessions provide the perspective that comes from working through similar challenges alongside other
women. Private sessions offer focused 1:1 guidance for deeper, more accelerated progress. Both use the same
framework — the difference is the level of support and how the work is delivered.

How do I know which level is right for me?

Take the Wright Method Assessment to identify your starting point. If you're working through a significant life
disruption, start with The Wright Foundation. If you’ve done personal development work and are building a
business, The Wright Method is designed for you. If you’re already running a business and want senior-level
advisory support, reach out directly to discuss The Wright Advisory.

What does it cost?

Investment is discussed on your Discovery Call, based on the level of support that’s the right fit for you.

How it is different from therapy?

Therapy focuses on healing the past. The Wright Method focuses on what comes next — building the structure
and clarity to make decisions and lead, starting now.
